Stageweek is a sport stage of Tennis, Paddle and Golf for adults, using the
facilities of Club de Tennis Llafranc and Club de Golf de Gualta situated in the
Costa Brava.
The duration is between 1 and 5 days, with accommodation in hotels in the area.
For tennis and paddle, players are assigned to different groups depending on their level. Professional trainers provide supervision and use tape-recording to give advice and correct moves. Daily training is followed by matches between the participants.
The option of golf consists of a beginner's course at Gualta's Pitch & Putt. The objective is to get familiar with the basics to start practicing this sport.
In addition, a wide range of more adventurous activities are available for the participants to choose from throughout the week.
Gastronomy also plays a crucial role. We count on a great chef in our Club that will ensure that we enjoy the local products.
We make exclusive tailor-made Stages for a company or group of at least 12 people. In this case, a Stage can be made to measure, both in the format and in the duration (between 1 and 5 days).

Diving basic or proficient level
Activity offered by Centre de Diving Triton, who will provide all the necessary equipment.
Experience is not required.
Sailing through nearby coves by boat, kayak, etc...
The tour will be led by a professional sailor, with whom you will explore the beautiful corners of this side of the Costa Brava.
Guided
bicycle and hiking routes
A guide will lead you through this privileged area where sea and shore merge into unique and beautiful landscapes. Bicycles are provided.
Paella Day
Every Thursday we will visit the Fish Market and our chef will show you how to prepare a delicious paella, which you will enjoy once ready.
